Some of the best success stories we have are our long-term customers who have sort of become “invisible.” Meaning, they’ve rarely—or never—had a problem with the controls, or question that couldn’t be resolved, and they just let NRM’s solution do its thing, chugging right along merrily.
One such customer is John Averill and the Vineyard Cash and Carry on Martha’s Vineyard. He’s had NRM’s controls for 14 years (!!), and has saved well over $50K in real dollars through our energy-efficiency measures. Which includes smart temperature controls, high-efficient fan motors, and anti-sweat door heater controls.
Recently, John had the controls upgraded to our most recent model, and he’ll be saving even more money moving forward because his refrigeration will now be running on a cooling schedule based around his hours of operation.
